What is the Store Pick Up in Program?

Our program allows customers all the convenience of shopping online while allowing shoppers an opportunity to avoid shipping and delivery charges by electing to pick ordered items up in the store of their choice.

What product is included in the Store Pick Up Program?

Most home decor items (excluding furniture) are available for in-store pickup. For each item you’d like to order, that product’s page will state whether it is available for in-store pick-up or delivery-only.

How do customers process Store Pick Up orders online?

On the product page for the item (s) for purchase, there will be an option to select “Find In Store”. All stores in the vicinity will be listed. If a customer wants more than one piece of any item and only one piece is available at their preferred location, the customer has the option to choose however many locations are needed to achieve the desired quantity. Then customers will be prompted to accept acknowledgement of the required Store Pick Up rules and procedures. Following acceptance, check-out will commence as usual.

Can customers change pick up locations once Store Pick Up orders have been placed?

No. However, customers can contact our Internet Sales Department, cancel the original order and re-enter a new order, this time choosing a different pick-up location.

What notifications can customers expect once Store Pick Up orders have been placed?

The customer will receive an order confirmation email immediately after the Store Pick Up order has been placed. This first email includes the customer’s receipt, and detailed information about the chosen pick-up location. These details will include the address, the operating hours, and the ID needed to claim the item. A second email will be sent once the purchased item is ready to be picked up.

When will the Store Pick Up order be ready?

Orders placed before 2pm will be ready the day of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm will be available the following day.

What will customers need to present to pick up their orders?

Customers must present a digital or printed copy of their “Ready to Pick Up” email, their government issued ID, and the credit card used for the purchase. Only customers placing the order can pick up the order.

How many days does a customer have to pick up an order?

Customers must pick up items within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
