Woefully Inadequate

I really liked this sofa when I first saw it in the store. However now that I have had it a little over a year I have realized it is absolute garbage. It is extremely uncomfortable unless you are sitting on it for a cocktail party. The material does not hold up well and the cushions do not hold their shape. This is with minimal use too. I cannot imagine using it constantly.There are much better products on the market in this price range and I cant think of a good reason to buy this product.

Not built to last

The couch arrived in February of 2017 by October 2017 it looked about 10 years old. In our household its only my husband and I we have no kids or pets and dont entertain much and work full time so we may sit on it a couple of hours a day. We chose the dove fabric which pilled and has worn thin. The couch constantly slides apart even though the sales agent told me it had a bolt together feature. The feathers come out constantly and it generally looks very worn and old. Ive tried to contact Zgallerie and they told me that it is expected for the couch to look well used and that their couches are built to be replaced every 2 years. I have asked for a manager to contact me regarding the couch and that was back in January of 2018 and no one has contacted me yet. Do not buy this couch its not worth the money and it wont last.

Stains Pills Pulls Apart Not Quality

We purchased this couch in March 2017 it arrived in June 2017 and it has fallen apart in the year weve had it. We are a family of two no animals and this couch looks like its a decade old with dogs and kids jumping all over it. The two pieces do not stay together and the pillows and cushions immediately started to look worn and stained. Weve even had to stitch several holes that have busted at the seams. One year old. For the price look elsewhere.

Very stylish and comfortable

Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about this is an incredibly comfortable sectional. I have used the sofa part to watch television and the chaise to sit and read books/newspapers quite often. I havent had the same problem with the shifting comfort at all. The trick is to fluff the pillows/cushions once a week as they are wrapped in down feathers inside. Ive gotten lots of compliments on its looks and seating comfort. Highly recommended!

For the price not a solid sectional

I have been very unhappy with this sectional. If you sit or lie on it the cushions push apart and you have to re-make it every time. It just doesnt feel like a solid/well made sectional for the money. I liked the look of it and it would be great if all you did was look at it.
