I wish I good rate higher but...

I have had this sofa for a year. The opulent polar is more of a warm gray/brown than cool gray as pictured. The sofa makes noise when you sit and I had them come out to fix it but but it will till make the noise. The cushions no longer are as firm and the feathers in the pillow are constantly shedding. The zippers were not sewn properly and do not lay flat on the pillows. The sofa doesn\t line up properly and you can see a gap between the frame and cushion. The quality of this sofa doesn\t stand up to the quality of the Pauline sofa I bought 9 years ago. look good but Very disappointed.

Love this couch!

We absolutely LOVE this couch. My husband\s only request is that our couch be deep and I more than satisfied his request with this purchase. The deep portion of the couch is the width of a standard queen bed from outer edge to out edge and longer in length... it\s bigger than a queen bed. We have had some spills (and baby blow outs) and spot cleaning works just fine-my father in law was very impressed how quickly I could pull a stain out. My only complaint is that there are random snags in the fabric as if the machine while manufacturing ran out of material and you can visibly see where it started again. This is on pillows and cushions. I only make purchases with 25% sales so def wait for one of those!

Love this sofa!

We wanted something comfortable for our family room that would look nice and be durable for a family of four. This sofa fit the bill and is a crowd pleaser. Watching a movie is hard...only because we inevitably fall asleep (LOL). Everyone can stretch out on this couch. The fabric is soft and stain resistant. We have young kids (3 and 18mo) and spills happen - and wipe up quickly without marks. We constantly receive compliments from guests regarding the style and comfort of our couch. We are truly pleased. Be warned - its big. Its great for lounging with your shoes off and your feet up. When you come home from a long hard day and youre looking for a soft hug...this couch gives you everything you need and more. I dare you to try not to fall asleep on it. Good luck!

Disappointed with Quality

Fell in love with this when I saw it in the store. Even was excited when seeing it arrive at my home. Unfortunately just a few months in and one of the seat cushions is significantly less firm than the other. Given the cost of this sofa I expected a much better quality and longevity.

Youll never want to get up

We are spoiled by this sofa its like having 2 queen sized beds to lounge on PLUS the regular sofa area. I have the quality 4 stars because on one of the pieces there is a strange grinding noise when you site down. Z Gallerie sent out a furniture specialist to resolve the issue free of cost though so Im super impressed with their customer service! Like many of the other reviews we found the feathers poke through but we have several throw blankets on the couch (mostly to protect it from the dog but also for style) and they are a nice buffer from the feathers. If your room is big enough get this sectional! Its by far my favorite thing Ive every purchased (even above my cherished Louboutin shoe collection)

Awesome sofa!

I have been eyeing this sofa for over 2 years and could never pull the trigger because its kind of pricey. I bought the 3 piece sectional and upgraded the material. My family loves it! We are a family of 5 and spend movie nights on this sofa. Its so comfortable and cozy. The kids would rather sleep on the sofa than in their own bed. I am so happy I finally purchased this sectional!

Great look but sheds feathers

Ive had this sofa for about nine months. I love the oversized grandiose look. It fits my family perfectly. However the pillows shed feathers all day every day. I will probably take up the previous commenters suggestion of getting a pillow case inserted to try to prevent the feathers from coming out so frequently.

My favorite but...

I love this sectional. It is my favorite sectional I have ever purchased. I have had this sectional for about 1 year now. Pros: appealing multiple large pillows comfortable easy to clean minor marks from regular use. (I cant speak for any heavy stains or marks). Cons: feathers in pillows may often poke you when you sit against them as they tend to come out or through the pillows. This can be bothersome if you are wearing a thin shirt or clothing. Please pay attention to the price and delivery time based on the fabric you choose. Some are more pricey and take longer however there is nothing that really alerts there is a difference.

Manufacturing problem!

Wish I could post a picture of this but the width of the cushion doesnt span the width of the frame so there is a 2 inch gap between the edge of the cushion and the armrest of the sectional piece. Z gallerie you really need to tell the manufacturer to fix this!

OBSESSED with this couch!

We ordered in store a fabric that isnt online that is textured and beautiful. We literally bought a house around getting this couch for it. It is HUGE and comfortable! We had 9 adults all sitting comfortably for a movie night. Also my husband on the first night spilled red sport drink on it and it beaded up and we were able to get it off with no stain. We LOVE it and the size quality fabric and structure. One bad thing is that the delivery guys delivered and one leg didnt have the plastic square peg so they put a round felt bottom to it and that was annoying I wished they had extra to replace it. that is why I didnt give the quality a perfect score.

Family friendly in the right color

I took a chance on buying this as I only saw the review for the two piece version. Positive- great material Stains & dirt clean up with hand sanitizer toothbrush and rag to original color (gypsy creme) Two piece side is huge and comfy great for grown men and families easily This sectional is better in person and admired. Fits in my apartment. Always measure prior as it is a beast but thats why I dig itNegative- In my case I waited 3 months for mine to be custom made. Slight seating areas showing sitting marks but only to touch. There is no difference between these down pillows and the complaints of the ones for the two piece mostly dark feathers and some white ones come out here and there. Its not bothersome. If you have shedding pets and kids who are messy like mine. I suggest buying 3 king size sheets to lay down when guests are not over if you want the lightest color.
