Love it!

 This sofa is hugh but it super comfortable. My husband has not sat in his recliner chair since the sofa arrived and between us he falls asleep EVERYTIME he lays on it. So much for movie night.

Customer service

 This sofa was my dream for couple years!!! so we got 2!\nWe love this sofa but it came in 2different colors Reyes to reach customer service for 3weeks then we just get email that new sofa was shipped but we wrote the email that we are not in our house anymore and now delivery company tell us we have to pay storage fee!!!! Very disappointed we ordered 2 of these one is coming because it was custom color all I wanted to delivery all together with the exchange because I'm not going fly home for their mistake 2times. So if I don't count the customer service sofa would be 10 stars

You’ll never buy another sofa again.

 My husband four dogs and I are so in love with this sofa. I own a design firm and an particular about my sofas and this is by far my favorite I have ever owned. It's gorgeous. It's huge. You'll never not want to nap on it. Buy this sofa.

The most comfortable sofa you’ll ever own.

 I own a design firm which means I've seen a literal eff ton of sofas of every type from every possible manufacturer. \n\nThis is the comfiest sofa I have ever"”and likely WILL ever"”own. \n\nWe bought this for our personal home. My hubby is 6'4" and we have four entitled rescue dogs who demand the finest things in life. \n\nI don't know how we lived without this sofa. My entire family can sprawl out with room to spare and the variety of pillows makes it impossible to not find your perfect spot. The possibilities are endless. \n\nDebating like we did? Don't. Buy this. You'll thank me.

Well worth the wait!!

 I visited the store a couple of times and stalked this sofa online for quite some time before purchasing it. Although it caught my eye immediately I was a bit intimidated because it was so grandiose. I finally settled on the Bella Black. After waiting nearly 7 weeks because it was a custom order it arrived today. I must say it is beautiful. While I was fully aware it was oversized and deep it still surprised me once I put it in my sitting room. The best thing about it which I didnt fully process in the store was the fact it can serve as a makeshift bed if you run out of spare ones for your guests. The pillows are large and plush and Ill definitely be purchasing some accent pillows to fill it out some more. If you have the space and your looking for a statement piece the Ventura Sofa is IT!

Stunning!

 I bought this couch when redoing my tiny condo. It is absolutely a showstopper. The moment people walk in the door they ooh and aaah over it! Once they sit on it they fall even more deeply in love. It is super comfortable. My only complaint is that the feathers in the cushions are always poking out and then they fall all over the floor.

Looks great!

 Bought in black for media/theater room after seeing it in cream in the Vegas store. Its deep hubs myself and our 11 and 7 yr old all can LAY on this couch its that deep! Its low to the ground and looks great in our media room. Custom to make but shipping was really quick.

Beautiful - you need a really large room!

 Let me start by saying I love this sofa. Its huge and the fabric is so soft. I just got it a month ago and keep it covered (sort of...its so big I cover the middle with a quilt for now) because I have a puppy and child. I cant speak to the durability because Its new and Im being ultra careful because it is pricey. The sofa is really two very large chaise lounges pushed together. They dont move on my carpet so separating is not a problem. It is awesome for movie watching and spoiling yourself. I live for now in an apartment that is rather large and still I cant find just the right space to make this look less overwhelming. Its obviously big if you see in store but once its actually in a smaller home or apartment it takes one the room. I really dont mind because its exactly what I want and I made that concession. I also dont plan on always living in an apartment. If you do or have a smaller living area this may be too much sofa long term. Love it though and am planning on buying the longer couch arm to put on a different wall to balance things out. Its narrower and the current older couch I have there now cant compete with this piece. I bought in Otter which was the same price as the fabrics listed online but you have to special order. Otter is a nice color and is a medium taupe color which could blend with tan (which I need) or gray.

Just Amazing

 We just received our Ventura sofa and it is amazing! Absolutely beautiful and so soft. Large enough to fit many people comfortably and very deep. We bought it in black and so happy with our decision. It is literally unlike any other sofa. Worth every penny!

Ventura couch

 This couch is very spacious but when we got it finally after 4+ weeks it came with uneven cushions plus its not as comfy as it was in the store. Very stiff cushions.

Must try!

 This piece is absolutely amazing! I love it and every person who has walked into my front room compliments it. Its a huge piece and if you get both pieces dont under estimate the size! It is HUGE and DEEP. It can easily seat many people and can be enought to watch movies and be comfortable. If you fall asleep you can spread your legs and arms out comfortably with room for someone next to you. I highly recommend. <3

Super comfy and stylish but hate the pillows

 I fell in love with the couch the first time I saw it. Not only this couch is incredibly comfortable but its also very stylish. The biggest complaint I have is the pillows. They are filled with feathers that literally stick out of them and poke you. I am unsure if its bad design or the quality but I dont like it and to be honest its a huge disappointment. The couch itself its amazing so if you ca live without the pillows or replace them then buy it. Couch its totally worth the money.

Best purchase ever!

 Just got this delivered today and it is quite the showstopper! We knew it was going to be big since we saw it in store but seeing it in our 1-bedroom apartment makes it look even grander. Seeing as how its two pieces I was worried they might slide apart but the pieces are heavy and sturdy. Anyway looks amazing...only con is finding other pieces for our living room to live up to it!

Perfect for a movie room or basement

 I purchased this 2pc sofa for my basement movie room. Let me start off by saying to MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE your room specs because this is a huge sofa. Also make sure you measure the door width. The delivery company had some trouble getting the piece into my basement. They were really good about trying to get it in and eventually had to remove the packaging. Unlike other sofas the feet (or bottom) of the sofa cant be removed. This was the problem. After about an hour of maneuvering they eventually got it in (scratched my wall just a little but that was understandable). This piece is amazing. Can easily fit up to 5 adults and is even comfortable sleeping on it. Comes with a ton of pillows and I love it. We have it set up in our movie room and no one wants to leave.

Best Man-Cave Couch

 This is a very big and deep sofa that will catch a ton of attention. We managed to fit this in my newly created man-cave at home. You can sit 4 people very comfortably on it. The best part is just laying down and all across it any which way by yourself or with someone else. Weve already taken a few naps on it since its so comfortable. It was fairly expensive but worth it for us since were going to use it almost daily.
